About The Position

Globe Life AO is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join us as Virtual Member Success Advisors. In this role, you'll meet with individuals and families through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits while providing professional support throughout the client relationship. This opportunity combines customer service, member support, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative insurance sales in a fully remote environment. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Be physically located within the United States
  • Have access to a computer or laptop
  • Have webcam and microphone capability
  • Maintain reliable high-speed internet
  • Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
  • Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone
  • Be willing to complete required training
  • Hold or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted resource for clients before, during, and after enrollment.
  • Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
  • Listen carefully to client needs, questions, and financial protection priorities
  • Provide clear and professional answers regarding available benefits
  • Guide new clients through the enrollment process
  • Deliver responsive customer service and consistent follow-up
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust and professionalism
  • Assist existing clients with policy questions and service needs
  • Help with applicable policy reviews and beneficiary updates
  • Help families understand their options so they can make informed decisions.
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Review coverage features and benefit choices
  • Identify individual and family protection needs
  • Provide needs-based recommendations
  • Guide clients through applications and required documentation
  • Help clients understand the coverage they select
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up information
