About The Position

Fullmind is seeking a California-certified educator to teach High School Integrated Math 1 and 2 remotely. Educators deliver virtual instruction on a school district’s platform, teach the district’s curriculum, and guide students toward course completion. This is a 1099 independent contractor role that follows the school district’s calendar. Educators can access Fullmind’s portal to select available openings that match their certification. Start dates depend on available placements after the application process is complete.

The schedule is Monday through Friday: Monday, 1:00–3:00 PM PST for a staff meeting and math support hour; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 AM–1:45 PM PST; and Wednesday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM PST, including PLC time from 2:00–3:00 PM. The daily rate is $200 and is negotiable and subject to change. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This contract position does not include benefits.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Hold an active California Moderate to Severe teaching certification.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Have a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit to a background check as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Teach the school’s curriculum on the district’s virtual platform.

• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district professional development sessions and faculty meetings.
• Partner with the in-class facilitator who is physically present with students.
