About The Position

Fullmind partners with U.S. schools to help ensure every child has access to education by filling teacher vacancies with certified educators who teach students through live-streamed instruction. Educators deliver virtual instruction and guide students toward course completion.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity teaching High School Integrated Math 1 and 2. Educators join Fullmind's educator pool and can use its portal to select openings that match their certification as placements become available. The educator teaches the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform, develops aligned lesson plans, supports student learning, tracks grades and performance, and collaborates with school staff. The position follows the school district's calendar; immediate start dates depend on available placements after the application process is completed.

The schedule is Monday through Friday: Monday, 1 PM–3 PM PST (staff meeting and math support hour); Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 AM–1:45 PM PST; and Wednesday, 8:30 AM–3 PM PST (PLC time from 2 PM–3 PM). The daily rate is $200, negotiable and subject to change. This contract position does not include benefits.

Requirements

• Hold an active California Moderate to Severe teaching certification.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application process.
