About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring Entry-Level Benefits Representatives for a 100% remote career opportunity. This role involves helping veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and their families understand and enroll in life and supplemental health insurance benefits. The company provides comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing support, making it suitable for individuals without prior insurance experience. The position offers flexible scheduling, leadership opportunities based on performance, and unlimited earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, administration, military service, sales, call centers, or insurance is helpful—but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet virtually with members using Zoom and phone appointments.
Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.
Learn about life insurance and supplemental health benefits through comprehensive training.
Educate clients on available coverage options in a clear, professional manner.
Help members complete applications and enrollment paperwork.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
