About The Position

Globe Life AO is expanding its virtual organization and seeking driven professionals to join us as Remote Team Supervisors. In this role, you'll combine client service, consultative insurance sales, coaching, mentorship, recruiting, and team development. You'll lead by example while helping developing representatives strengthen their skills, improve performance, and advance professionally. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be physically located within the United States
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have webcam and microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based business applications
Be willing to participate in ongoing training and leadership development
Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership potential.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, mentor, and support developing representatives
Help team members establish performance and development goals
Conduct virtual coaching, training, and development sessions
Strengthen team communication, client-service, and consultative sales skills
Track activity and performance to identify coaching opportunities
Provide constructive feedback and individualized support
Encourage accountability, consistency, and professional growth
Recognize accomplishments and reinforce positive performance
Help develop future trainers, mentors, and team leaders
Foster a collaborative and supportive virtual team culture
Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
Connect with clients who have requested information regarding available benefits
Ask questions to understand individual and family needs
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Recommend appropriate solutions based on client needs
Answer questions clearly and professionally
Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
Conduct policy reviews and provide ongoing service
Assist with beneficiary updates and policy-related questions
Maintain accurate digital client documentation
Establish measurable goals and expectations
Monitor individual and team activity
Identify performance trends
Develop strategies for improvement
Coach representatives through challenges
Encourage consistent follow-up and accountability
Support representatives in achieving professional goals
Participate in leadership meetings and advanced development sessions
Maintain high standards for professionalism, ethics, and client service
