The role involves customer service, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales. Compensation is commission-based rather than a guaranteed hourly wage or salary, with opportunities for weekly commission payments, performance bonuses, uncapped personal production potential, renewal income, long-term residual income, and leadership compensation.
