About The Position
AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our team as Virtual Member Support Specialists. In this role, you'll connect with clients virtually, provide knowledgeable support, answer questions, and help working families better understand their available benefits. Whether you're beginning a new career or bringing previous customer service experience, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed. Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Resolve concerns promptly while delivering outstanding customer service
