About The Position

Nuvant is hiring a Virtual Client Consultant to help prospective clients explore financial solutions aligned with their personal or business goals. The role is a key first point of contact for introducing the company’s services and guiding clients toward the next step. The position involves outreach, responding to inquiries, understanding client needs, explaining service offerings, arranging follow-up, and maintaining CRM records.

Requirements

• Be a confident and friendly communicator who works well in a client-facing environment.
• Be organized and comfortable working in a virtual setting.
• Have a people-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills.

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma or college degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or a client-facing role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential clients.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
• Engage in conversations to uncover client needs and goals.
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps.
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the appropriate team members.
• Log interactions and maintain accurate notes in the CRM.
