About The Position

Nuvant is hiring Virtual Client Onboarding Representatives to help new and prospective clients explore financial solutions that align with their personal or business goals. The role serves as a key first point of contact, introducing Nuvant’s services and guiding clients toward the next step. It is a work-from-home, client-facing role involving outreach, discovery conversations, service explanations, follow-up coordination, and maintaining client records.

Requirements

• High school diploma; a college degree is preferred.
• Professional, friendly communication skills and comfort in a client-facing environment.
• Organized and comfortable working from home.
• A people-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or another client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for new and incoming clients.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to welcome and onboard clients.
• Engage in conversations to discover client needs and goals.
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps.
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the appropriate team members.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the CRM system.
