About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote Virtual Client Benefits Coordinator to help clients explore supplemental benefit options and complete enrollment. The role is suited to people interested in a service-focused, people-first career, including new or upcoming graduates in business, marketing, or communications. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be willing and able to obtain the required state licensing, if applicable, including the appropriate Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Have a self-starter mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Be confident with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
- Be self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
