About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Care Coordinator to support telehealth and remote patient monitoring initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role involves coordinating virtual care services, monitoring patient status remotely, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through effective communication and collaboration with clinical and technical teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of telehealth experience
• Experience in direct patient care
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and remote monitoring tools

Responsibilities
