About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time therapists licensed in Virginia to provide therapy services in their Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. This role involves conducting individual assessments, developing treatment plans, and connecting patients with community resources. The position is designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems, offering a mission-driven opportunity to increase access to high-quality mental health care from a remote setting. Requirements

Active LCSW / LPC license in Virginia required
2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 18+
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

Group therapy experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities
