About The Position

Fullmind partners with U.S. schools to provide students access to education by connecting them with certified educators through live-streamed instruction. Educators deliver virtual instruction and guide students toward course completion.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role serving students with disabilities and requiring an Autism Spectrum Disorder endorsement. Educators join a pool and use the Fullmind portal to select available openings that match their certification. Placements follow the school district’s calendar, and start dates depend on placement availability after the application process is completed.

Educators teach the school’s curriculum on the district’s virtual platform, develop aligned lesson plans, support student learning, track grades and performance, attend district professional development sessions and faculty meetings, and partner with the in-class facilitator who is physically present with students.

Requirements

• Hold an active, U.S. state-issued teaching certification and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have at least 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Have a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit to a background check as part of the application process.
• Hold a Student with Disabilities with Autism Spectrum Disorder endorsement.
