About The Position

Fullmind partners with U.S. schools to provide access to education by live-streaming certified educators to students. Educators deliver virtual instruction and guide students toward course completion. This role is for an educator with a Student with Disabilities with Autism Spectrum Disorder endorsement. The educator joins Fullmind’s pool and can use its portal to select available openings matching their certification as school and district partners post them. Placements follow the school district’s calendar, and immediate start dates depend on placement availability after the application process is completed. This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor position. The daily rate is $280–$300, negotiable and subject to change. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM EST.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold an active, U.S. state-issued teaching certification.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Must participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit to a background check as part of the application process.
• Must have a Student with Disabilities with Autism Spectrum Disorder endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Use the educator portal to select available jobs.
• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.

• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district professional development sessions and faculty meetings.
• Partner with the in-class facilitator who is physically present with students.
