About The Position
Fullmind is building an educator pool for virtual school psychology placements with school and district partners. Educators can use Fullmind’s portal to select available openings that match their certification. Placements follow the school district’s calendar, and immediate start dates depend on availability after the application process is complete. This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor position. The listed daily rate is $315–$330, negotiable and subject to change, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4 PM EST. The position does not include benefits.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must hold an active, USA state-issued teaching certification.
- At least 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
- Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit to a background check as part of the application process.

Responsibilities
- Select suitable available jobs through the educator portal.
- Teach the school’s curriculum using the district’s virtual platform.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.

- Track student grades and performance.
- Attend district professional development sessions and faculty meetings.
- Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students.
