About The Position

The Virtual Assistant supports creators in the German market, with a focus on logging creator payments and communicating with creators. The role includes onboarding creators, responding to their day-to-day questions in German, managing the country’s creator Discord, and checking that creator posts are live on every required platform. The assistant flags missed posts to the campaign manager and wider team and helps the campaign lead with one-off tasks such as creating Notion documents and preparing slideshows for creator courses.

The position is remote and follows German working hours: 9 AM–5 PM CEST, Monday through Friday. Work begins at approximately 3–4 hours per day and may increase to as many as 8 hours per day as the country’s team grows to 70–80 creators. The role is expected to be reasonably active from the start and to expand over time. The stated monthly salary range is $1,000–$1,500 USD; the final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on interview results, skills, and experience. The contract type is independent contractor.

Requirements

• Fluent in German, the market language, and comfortable working in English.
• Organised and accurate with numbers, particularly when logging payments.
• Comfortable using Discord and familiar with the main social platforms creators post on.
• Able to use Notion and create simple slide decks.
• Friendly and responsive when communicating with creators during working hours.
• Able to work independently and flag problems early.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new creators and help them get set up and ready to post.
• Log creator payments accurately and on time, and answer payment questions.
• Respond to creators’ day-to-day questions in their language.
• Manage and moderate the country’s creator Discord.
• Check that creators’ posts are live, identify missed posts, and flag them to the campaign manager and wider team.
• Ensure creators post on every required platform.
• Assist the campaign lead with one-off tasks, such as setting up Notion documents and preparing slideshows for creator courses.
