This is a contract remote role open to international applicants. The position involves supporting HR onboarding, employee communications, and back-office administrative functions. The Virtual Assistant will prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents, collect, review, and track employment and compliance documentation (including I-9 forms), and communicate professionally with new hires and employees regarding onboarding and HR processes. Responsibilities also include maintaining employee records, HR trackers, spreadsheets, and internal databases, as well as assisting with general HR administrative support, follow-up tasks, and document management. The role requires handling confidential employee and company information with discretion.
