Responsible for oversight and management of the VIP Lounge; including but not limited to, admission to the lounge, food quality and presentation, and ensuring the cleanliness of the lounge area. Promotes superior guest service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Monitors the entrance to the VIP Lounge to ensure access is tracked. Ensures the quality of the room and reports issues. Provides guidance and feedback on the menu in the VIP Lounge to the Casino Marketing Manager. Entertains guests in the VIP Lounge while building relationships in the area. Works in collaboration with the Food and Beverage department to provide excellent service in the VIP Lounge guests and maintain the integrity of the room in regard to access. Has the ability to extend complementary service in accordance with approved comp matrix. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Performs other duties as assigned.
