VIP Hospitality Suite Attendant - Northwest Stadium
About The Position
Love sports, concerts, want to earn extra income, and work exciting high energy events? Join our team as a VIP Suite Attendant and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in premium suites at some of the most exciting events of the year. This role involves delivering and serving food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain, ensuring the accurate execution of all events during the shift. The attendant may drive a catering delivery truck, set up and serve at functions, clean the event area during and after events, break down the setup, leave the area neat and clean, and return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license may be required

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service to suite holders and their guests.
- Greet guests, answer questions, and ensure a positive premium hospitality experience.
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver items accurately and promptly.
- Monitor suite inventory and replenish food, beverages, supplies, and condiments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned suites before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate with kitchen, catering, concessions, and supervisory staff to fulfill guest requests.
- Monitor alcohol service and comply with all company and responsible beverage service policies.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and post-event cleaning.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the organization positively.
