About The Position

Persona Signs, LLC is searching for a detail-oriented individual who can work either independently or in a group. The ideal candidate must be able to follow directions and adapt to change. This role involves placing vinyl decals onto sign faces according to blueprint directions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Read tape measure and perform simple math (%, angles, radius, sq. ft., etc.)
• Basic Hand Tool knowledge
• Basic Job packet and blueprint knowledge

Nice To Haves

• Prior Experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Decorate plastic and flexible faces
• Read and understand blueprints to apply vinyl decal in correct position
• Use the tools provided to create a smooth finish to the face
• Maintain quality control and safety standards throughout the process
• Other duties as assigned
