About The Position
Jusczak Companies is seeking a motivated and creative Vinyl Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This hybrid role combines graphic design responsibilities with hands-on vinyl installation work at our facilities and job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field required
- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or CorelDRAW
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with hands-on installation work and physical activity
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when required
Nice To Haves
- Previous vinyl installation experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare vinyl decals, and signage for all new trucks and trailers
- Operate design software (Graphtec CE8000) to create and modify artwork for print and installation
- Coordinate vinyl production and ensure design accuracy before installation
- Install vinyl graphics on company equipment, vehicles, signage, and other surfaces
- Assist with measuring, layout planning, and material preparation
- Maintain organization of vinyl inventory, tools, and supplies
- Travel to out-of-state company locations as needed for installations
- Collaborate with leadership on branding and visual projects
- Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards
