Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Holds a High School Diploma or GED
- Brings 2+ years of guest service experience, with a strong focus on delivering elevated, memorable interactions preferred
- Experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or similar high-end environment is highly preferred
- Willing and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant and/or In-Room Dining
- Expedite requests for transportation reservations, restaurant reservation, Spa appointments
- Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to the guests
- Assist in the arrangement of personal services, such as haircutting and styling, manicure, massage, etc. for Villa guests
- Knowledgeable of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available; the particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list and guest room layout; locations and room numbers/names
