Step into a leadership role as a Tech Services Manager within our Facilities department, where you’ll help ensure the technology that supports our property operates seamlessly every day. In this role, you’ll oversee the operation of Tech Services under the direction of the Director of Facilities, supporting systems such as in-room entertainment, TVs, sound systems, and back-of-house content, including villa technology. You’ll lead a team responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting these systems, ensuring both guest-facing and operational technology runs efficiently. By managing daily workflows, assigning work, and supporting your team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a reliable, high-quality experience across the property!
