About The Position

The Villa Inspector conducts routine inspections of villas in the Rental Management Program, including inspections before owner arrivals and after guest departures. The role assesses the condition of individual items and the overall villa, checks completed contractor and engineering preventative-maintenance work, and records findings in the work order system with notes and pictures. The inspector creates and assigns work orders for deficiencies and communicates items requiring attention to villa coordinators so they can be reported to owners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of villas in the Rental Management Program, including owner-arrival and villa-departure inspections.
• Follow inspection schedules through management programs.
• Inspect each villa regularly and document the condition of individual items and the overall villa.
• Inspect villas after scheduled contractor work to verify completion.
• After engineering preventative-maintenance visits, inspect villas for punch-list items and quality of work.
• Inspect villas after guest departures for deficiencies or damage.
• Inspect villas before owner arrivals for quality assurance.
• Log inspections, notes, and pictures in the work order system.
• Create work orders for deficiencies and assign them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Communicate items needing owner attention to villa coordinators.
