About The Position

Join the MIKUTA team as our Videographer/DOP (d/f/m)! Take the lead in capturing and producing engaging video content that brings our brand to life across different platforms. Full-time (38 hours/week) · based in Mallorca (Spain), remote possible short-term Founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens Weiss, MIKUTA began in 2017 with a jewelry line and expanded into women's ready-to-wear in 2019. Today, MIKUTA is an independent fashion brand known for effortless design, premium feel, and a distinct point of view. Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal and a new Content & Creative Studio currently being established in Mallorca.

ABOUT THE JOB
To elevate our brand presence, we’re looking for a creative and driven Videographer / DOP (d/f/m). This role will play a key part in shaping MIKUTA’s visual storytelling through cinematic, lifestyle-driven video content.

Requirements

• Ideally 5+ years of professional experience as a Videographer / DOP, with strong experience in the fashion industry
• Ability to shoot high-caliber video content with a strong eye for artistry, precision and premium visual execution
• Solid background in studio and on-location video production, including lighting setup, camera operation and directing on set
• Skilled in developing and maintaining a consistent visual language, including color grading, pacing and cinematic storytelling
• Experience creating video content for social media, ads, behind-the-scenes storytelling and e-commerce
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with willingness to travel frequently and work occasional weekends

Nice To Haves

• Bonus if you enjoy capturing Portugal factory productions, including behind-the-scenes coverage, manufacturing processes, and craftsmanship storytelling
• Ideally based in Mallorca or Berlin, with willingness to relocate to Mallorca over time

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, paid ads, website content, and brand storytelling with outdoor and on-location productions forming the core focus of the role
• Create cinematic, emotionally driven content that reflects the MIKUTA aesthetic across lifestyle, fashion, accessories and behind-the-scenes storytelling
• Collaborate closely with our photographer as well as our founders Jacqueline & Klemens (Creative Directors) to bring concepts and brand stories to life through elevated, on-brand video content
• Maintain a cohesive visual language through consistent editing, pacing, color grading, sound, and overall creative direction
• Confidently operate professional camera, lighting and production equipment in both natural-light outdoor environments and studio settings
• Handle post-production workflows including editing, sound design, color correction and final delivery across multiple platforms and formats
• Support campaign, factory, and travel shoots in Portugal and Mallorca through behind-the-scenes coverage, production storytelling and capturing craftsmanship and creative processes
• Work efficiently in fast-paced outdoor and on-location shooting environments, including travel productions and lifestyle shoot.
