About The Position

In this key role of HRBP, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing both strategic and operational HR support in a dynamic industrial environment. You will combine strong business understanding with hands-on HR expertise and contribute actively to our people, organizational and transformation priorities. The position offers a broad scope and close interaction with operational teams, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on both our people and our business.

Requirements

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Solid professional experience as an HR Business Partner with significant business partnering responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of Swiss employment law and Swiss HR practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, manager coaching, performance management and organizational change.
  • The ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with sound judgement, confidentiality and pragmatism.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
  • A hands-on, solution-oriented approach combined with the ability to step back and understand the broader business context.
  • The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a local and international HR organization.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a fast-paced operational or industrial environment would be a strong advantage.
  • German is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with managers on people, organization and workforce topics, translating business needs into effective HR solutions.
  • Coach and advise managers on leadership, employee relations, performance management and people development.
  • Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases and provide pragmatic, legally compliant HR guidance.
  • Ensure the appropriate application of Swiss employment law, internal policies and HR processes.
  • Support organizational changes and transformation initiatives, helping managers and employees navigate change effectively.
  • Contribute to talent management and succession planning, with particular attention to critical roles and capabilities.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition and the business.
  • Drive and support the annual HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews and development planning.
  • Act as a visible and accessible HR partner, maintaining strong proximity to employees and teams across the site.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening HR effectiveness, employee experience and operational excellence.
