About The Position

We are an innovative radar technology company developing high-performance sensing systems for modern applications. We build reliable, high-precision electronics and are looking for a detailed-oriented Production Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. As a Production Associate, you will play a hands-on role in assembling radar components, managing inventory, and fulfilling customer orders. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic electronic assembly experience, and solid computer skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational or Technical degree preferred).
1+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or order fulfillment.
Ability to follow wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and step-by-step assembly instructions.
High attention to detail and manual dexterity for working with small hardware and electronic components.
Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs and stand/move throughout the workday.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

Experience with Salesforce or an ERP/inventory management system is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic components, radar sub-assemblies, and finished goods according to technical specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Safely pack, label, and prepare radar units and system accessories for shipping to clients on schedule.
Track incoming parts, record stock movements, conduct cycle counts, and keep inventory records up to date.
Perform basic visual inspections and functional checks to ensure all products meet performance standards before shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe ESD-compliant workstation.
