Requirements

Technical degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience, with demonstrated success in production leadership or supervisory role
At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with leadership or supervisory responsibilities
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production-related systems (e.g., SAP, MES) preferred

Responsibilities

Ensuring a safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operation while achieving targets for Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People
Planning and managing production capacity, including manpower, equipment, and resources, to meet customer and business requirements
Leading, coaching and developing employees to build a high-performing team
Developing and implementing shift schedules and workforce plans to support production objectives
Monitoring and driving key performance indicators (KPIs), initiating corrective actions to achieve operational targets
Identifying, analyzing, and resolving production issues, bottlenecks, equipment failures, and quality concerns through effective problem-solving and root cause analysis
Promoting and leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and Standard Work
Ensuring compliance with quality standards, operating procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Collaborating closely with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, and Planning teams to improve overall production performance and ensuring on-time customer delivery
