About The Position

Act as the local operational point of contact for the Chicago office, ensuring employees receive a seamless workplace and technology experience while connecting the Americas region with Awin's global support teams. The role combines office operations, employee support, equipment logistics and workplace coordination to create a productive, well-organized and welcoming office environment. This position requires regular in-office presence in our Chicago office.

Requirements

  • At least two years of professional experience in a service-oriented role, such as an office, hospitality, hotel, or similar environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Above-average client and service orientation.
  • Professional communication with external and internal clients at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management.
  • A proactive approach and a high level of motivation.
  • A very high level of reliability, results orientation, and a strong focus on quality.

Responsibilities

  • Organize the full day-to-day operation of the office and coordinate service providers, including Facility Management, Catering, Cleaning, and other workplace partners.
  • Create a positive, welcoming, and productive workplace environment for employees, guests, and clients, providing a friendly and service-oriented experience both in person and by telephone.
  • Oversee occupational health and safety matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate office-related projects and support global office management initiatives where required.
  • Carry out other office management and administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Act as the local liaison between Americas employees and Awin’s global support and enablement teams regarding internal IT-related matters, coordinating with internal and external vendors as required.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for local employees, including workspace and equipment arrangements.
  • Manage equipment logistics, including provisioning, shipping, recovery and storage of company assets.
  • Perform asset management and inventory control activities, ensuring records remain accurate throughout the equipment lifecycle.
  • Provide basic first-line technology support and coordinate escalations through established global support processes.
