About The Position

The Specialist Performance Management will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing global supply chain, operations, and cross-functional processes to enhance efficiency and business performance. This role involves developing and implementing global strategies to improve inventory management, delivery performance, and overall operational effectiveness. The specialist will design and establish performance management frameworks, including KPI systems, reporting solutions, and dashboards for global operations and supply chain functions. Additionally, they will lead and support international, cross-functional projects focused on optimizing logistics, material flows, manufacturing processes, and supply chain performance. Collaboration with global sites, supply chain teams, sales organizations, controlling, and technical functions is key to ensuring successful implementation of improvement initiatives. The role requires translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations, preparing management presentations, and promoting best practices in performance management across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in global project management, ideally complemented by expertise in Lean Management or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP), KPI frameworks and data visualization tools, with a strong focus in Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of process management, standardization, and digital workflow design.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Strong English communication skills and experience collaborating with international teams.
• Willingness to travel combined with a structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented working style.
