About The Position

The Video Teller provides an excellent member experience by building and maintaining strong professional relationships through Video Teller Machines. The role assists members with accurately processing a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances, as well as other requests. It requires maintaining confidentiality and accuracy while balancing transactions and verifying cash totals, supporting Contact Center growth by achieving referral goals, and serving members promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
• Demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• High level of attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience.
• Data entry experience.
