About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Basic Microsoft Office and math skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus!
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly face (via video!) that members trust for everyday banking.
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Spot opportunities to improve members’ financial lives and refer them to teammates who can help.
- Use multi-factor authentication to keep our members safe.
- Hit service and sales goals with the help of structured training and coaching.
- Members leave every interaction feeling supported, informed, and empowered.
- Build long-term relationships that turn everyday service into lasting loyalty.
