About The Position

Nexstar Media Group is seeking a Video Project & Delivery Lead to drive the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives across its digital video and CTV app portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Video Product Management, the role works across product, technology, operations, content, sales, and station teams to turn roadmap priorities into successful launches. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership and sufficient technical and operational knowledge to understand complex video initiatives, anticipate dependencies and risks, and align teams around timelines, budgets, and business objectives. A major focus over the next year is coordinating and implementing a large-scale infrastructure initiative involving multiple internal teams, technology partners, and stakeholders across Nexstar. This highly execution-focused, cross-functional role calls for end-to-end delivery leadership, structure for complex initiatives, problem-solving, and execution across parallel workstreams. The Lead will bring organization, visibility, and accountability to a growing portfolio of video initiatives; help move roadmap commitments from strategy through implementation; surface risks early; and establish scalable processes for launching and operating video capabilities. The role supports the Video Product team in maintaining focus on what to build and why, while ensuring major initiatives are delivered on time and on budget and adopted successfully by the business. Other duties may be assigned.
