Requirements

• Strong understanding of dynamic editing: pacing, hooks, rhythm, and attention retention.
• Ability to edit based on story and meaning, not just music or visuals.
• Can independently find and select footage such as B-roll, stock, and references.
• Experience with short-form content including Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and ads.
• Understands how to capture attention in the first 3–5 seconds.
• Fast turnaround and ability to iterate based on feedback.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI tools for generating or sourcing visuals.

Responsibilities

• Build engaging videos with strong retention.
• Select footage based on meaning, not just aesthetics.
• Independently source materials such as stock footage, references, B-roll, memes, and AI-generated visuals.
• Turn sourced materials into compelling short-form content.
• Add captions/subtitles, basic motion graphics, zooms, transitions, and highlights.
• Capture attention in the first 3-5 seconds.
• Fast turnaround and ability to iterate based on feedback.
