Analysts are responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and analyzing transaction data, video feed, financial reports and social media reviews for numerous establishments. This may include: restaurants, bars, hotels, convenience stores, trades, etc. Analysts have a thorough understanding of the businesses we support and find ways to bring value to our clients every day.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, criminal justice, finance, mathematics, or a related field is required.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Demonstrates discretion; understands the importance of sensitive and confidential material.
• Strong attention to detail with an investigative mindset; enjoys identifying issues, uncovering patterns, and delivering actionable insights to clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, human resources, customer service, legal services, or consulting is preferred.
• Prior experience in hospitality or retail is encouraged.
• Experience utilizing CCTV video surveillance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review and analyze video surveillance and point-of sales (POS) transaction data for discrepancies, internal theft, fraud, etc.
• Analyze business trends through video surveillance to determine ways the business can improve sales, customer counts, shrink, profits, and the customer experience.
• Monitor for social media reviews through numerous platforms for useful information tied to sales, brand reputation, and customer satisfaction.
• Compile and deliver reports of findings with detailed information and still pictures.
• Conduct pre-delivery reviews of reports for accuracy and value, utilizing discretion and independent judgement.
• Meets deadlines and deliverables consistently, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests from clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Additional tasks as required.
