Requirements
- 12+ years in hospitality, multi-property leadership
- Strong P&L and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Management company / third-party experience preferred
- Marriott experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-property portfolio performance (RevPAR, GOP, NOI)
- Lead General Managers and regional teams
- Manage owner relations and reporting
- Ensure brand compliance and QA standards
- Drive new management contracts and portfolio growth
