About The Position

Vice President, Property Management is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for commercial property management services (office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and/or multifamily) within the Denver market. This role blends strategic sales leadership, relationship management, and market intelligence to win new management assignments and strengthen the company's competitive position.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in commercial real estate business development, brokerage, asset/property management sales, or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting/exceeding new-business revenue targets
  • Established network of relationships within the target market's commercial real estate community
  • Strong understanding of commercial property management operations, financials, and service delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and executive-presence presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • Active real estate license

Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and pursue new property management opportunities across target asset classes
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, tracking activity and forecasts in CRM
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract closing
  • Respond to RFPs with compelling, competitive proposals and lead pitch presentations to ownership groups, institutional investors, and asset managers
  • Meet or exceed annual new-business revenue and square-footage growth targets
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong network of property owners, developers, institutional investors, brokers, attorneys, and lenders
  • Serve as a visible, trusted advisor in the local/regional commercial real estate community
  • Represent the company at industry associations (BOMA, IREM, ICSC, NAIOP, CCIM, etc.), conferences, and networking events
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify portfolio growth and referral opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging opportunities within the territory
  • Develop territory-specific growth plans and go-to-market strategies in partnership with leadership
  • Provide market feedback to inform service offerings, pricing, and positioning
  • Partner closely with operations, property management, and transition teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts
  • Coordinate with marketing on collateral, case studies, and proposal materials
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline reporting to leadership
  • May mentor or coordinate activity with junior business development or marketing staff
