About The Position

The Vice President – Project Management (Infrastructure) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight for the planning, design coordination, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and landscaping projects managed by Sobha PMC. The role oversees a portfolio of complex infrastructure developments, including roads, bridges, utility networks, substations, lagoons, and public realm developments, as well as landscaping projects such as parks, urban green spaces, golf courses, and integrated landscape infrastructure. The VP ensures that all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements, while maintaining Sobha’s reputation for engineering excellence, sustainability, innovation, and operational efficiency. This role serves as the senior leadership interface between Sobha PMC, developers, contractors, consultants, and government authorities, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Requirements

• Strategic leadership experience in project management.
