As a senior member of the Technical Services Leadership Team, the Vice President, Cost Management establishes the enterprise direction for Infrastructure Ontario’s Cost Management practice. The role is accountable for the strategic design, coordination, and continuous evolution of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost and change control capabilities that enable disciplined, transparent, and predictable delivery of IO’s capital program. Through collaboration with government partners, consultants, and delivery counterparties, the position strengthens system-wide financial performance, governance, and value for money.
