Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role oversees performance management, leadership development, succession planning, internal mobility, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that support long-term business growth and workforce capability. The Vice President of Talent Management partners closely with executive leadership to build scalable talent programs, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and drive a high-performance culture across the organization.
