About The Position

Introhive is seeking a Vice President, Product Marketing and Management to lead a newly unified Product Management (PM) and Product Marketing Management (PMM) function. This role is responsible for owning the long-term vision, prioritization, and delivery against market needs and business outcomes for the Product Management arm. The Product Marketing Management aspect involves driving segmentation, ICP definition, positioning, packaging, pricing, launches, enablement, and win/loss insights. The VP will partner with the VP, Product and Technology Operations to develop capabilities that foster cross-functional alignment, accountability, and executional excellence. This is a people-leadership role focused on building and scaling an integrated PM + PMM function to drive commercial outcomes with speed and focus. The ideal candidate is a builder who has shaped strategy while simultaneously building, leading, and developing teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product leadership in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Direct experience leading both Product Management and Product Marketing, or running them in close partnership with demonstrated readiness to own the combined function.
  • A track record of moving key metrics: usage, satisfaction, win rate, retention, and translating that movement into growth, gross margin, and enterprise value.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a function: hiring, structuring, coaching, and operating teams that produce excellent commercial outcomes.
  • Deep fluency in the competitive landscape - MarTech, GTM-tech, revenue intelligence, CRM ecosystem - and the ability to translate competitive insight into product and positioning decisions.
  • Fluency in data-driven decision making, product-market fit diagnostics, competitive dynamics, pricing and packaging, and AI product strategy.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, able to align CEO, Board, and Sales/Marketing leaders.
  • Comfort operating at both the strategic horizon (12–18 months out) and in the near-term commercial reality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as an individual strategist is table stakes; what differentiates is the ability to run the organization and to positively influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Define and continuously refine Introhive's product vision and strategy to position Introhive as a category-defining verticalized AI intelligence platform.
  • Own the roadmap and prioritization framework, balancing near-term commercial needs with platform investments for AI-native differentiation.
  • Lead the evolution of Introhive from a relationship intelligence tool to an indispensable revenue platform, identifying expansion opportunities and strategic bets.
  • Partner with the VP of Product Engineering to ensure the roadmap is translated into delivered, adopted, and monetized capabilities.
  • Be the accountable executive for product-line economics, determining which products require investment, should be maintained, or sunset.
  • Lead the annual and quarterly strategic planning cycle, delivering a rolling 12–18 month strategic roadmap.
  • Own segmentation, ICP, positioning, and messaging, serving as the translation layer between product and commercial success.
  • Own pricing and packaging in partnership with Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Own launch discipline, including readiness checkpoints, field enablement, and post-launch measurement.
  • Own competitive intelligence and structured win/loss analysis, feeding insights back into roadmap and pricing decisions.
  • Arm the GTM team with 'why Introhive wins' narratives and competitive battle cards.
  • Own the relationship capital narrative in the market, defining and defending Introhive's positioning.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure positioning resonates across the customer journey.
  • Own the strategic market narrative, anticipating shifts in MarTech, GTM-tech, revenue intelligence, and the AI/ML ecosystem.
  • Lead technology horizon scanning for AI agents, data infrastructure, integration ecosystems, and privacy shifts.
  • Track buyer evolution and the modern GTM tech stack to identify Introhive's fit and expansion opportunities.
  • Build relationships with industry analysts (Forrester, Gartner, IDC) covering MarTech and revenue intelligence.
  • Lead customer advisory boards and conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic customers to gather market intelligence.
  • Operate as a peer to Sales and Marketing leadership and Product Engineering, aligning the ELT around a single product narrative.
  • Establish reciprocal insight flow between PM and PMM to create an integrated decision-making system.
  • Partner with the CEO, CRO, CFO, and CPTO on company strategy and serve as the primary product voice in board-level conversations.
  • Connect product capabilities to pipeline creation, win rates, deal velocity, and expansion revenue.
  • Elevate voice-of-customer insight as a structured input to prioritization and commercial decisions.
  • Build and run the combined PM + PMM organization, including hiring, leveling, role design, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Create the operating rhythm for the function to ensure legibility to the ELT and Board and keep PM and PMM in lockstep.
  • Coach product and PMM leaders to ensure the organization's capability compounds over time.
  • Establish a culture of commercial accountability where every team member understands their work's connection to win rates, retention, and revenue.

Benefits

  • Genuine organizational authority - an accountable executive seat, not just a cross-functional influence role.
  • Opportunity to own the category narrative for a key problem in B2B SaaS.
  • Partner with visionary leaders united by a shared mission.
  • Shape the AI strategy for a platform with a proprietary relationship data asset.
  • Culture that values curiosity, integrity, inclusivity, and collective success.
