About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Nidec Drives as the Global Vice President, Product Management & Marketing. We are seeking a strategic and dynamic individual to lead our product vision, roadmap, and long-term growth strategy. This executive role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and senior leadership to drive market expansion, product excellence, and revenue growth. The Key organisational Impacts consist of but are not limited to: Lead a strategic function with accountability for long-term outcomes. Drive the implementation of enterprise strategies across multiple departments. Influence major organizational decisions and manage substantial revenue-impacting areas. Represent the function with executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • Extensive Product Management or Sales leadership experience at a senior or executive level.
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and executive level communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Identify market opportunities, emerging industry trends, and competitive insights to shape strategic direction.
  • Oversee product analytics to generate insights that inform long-term planning and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop go-to-market strategies for existing and prospective customers.
  • Support pipeline creation, forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • Provide strategic direction and tools that help Sales teams achieve revenue targets.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment and successful execution of key initiatives.
  • Serve as the voice of customer and field teams, guiding product and business decisions.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead data-driven initiatives that support organizational growth.
  • Analyze customer behaviour, industry trends, and operational metrics to support executive decision-making.
