About The Position

CipherHealth is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead its product organization. This role involves setting the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the company's product portfolio, owning product outcomes from discovery to iteration. A key aspect of this role is building and coaching a product organization that leverages AI agents for analytical tasks, allowing the team to focus on customer empathy, strategic judgment, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will combine traditional product management expertise with an agentic mindset, viewing product management as a collaborative system of humans and AI agents.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with several years leading and scaling product teams.
• A track record of shipping products customers love.
• Deep fluency in discovery, prioritization frameworks, roadmapping, PRD writing, metrics/OKRs, and the full product lifecycle.
• Strategic judgment: ability to make and defend hard resource-allocation and trade-off decisions across competing priorities.
• Agentic mindset: belief that AI agents change how product work gets done, with hands-on instincts for designing agent workflows—defining requirements, evaluating outputs, and iterating on quality.
• Cross-functional leadership: ability to bring Sales, CS, Engineering, Design, and Marketing together and hold them to a high bar.
• Customer and data obsession: grounding decisions in customer insight and data.
• Coach and multiplier: ability to grow the people and the process around you.
