About The Position

LGI Homes is seeking a dynamic leader to drive sales and continue our growth in the south Raleigh area. The Vice President of Sales is completely responsible for driving sales operations within the region, fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional customer service. This position will recruit, train, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals.

Requirements

  • Top producing sales management record
  • 5+ years of experience training, managing and motivating a team of personnel
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and grow sales teams through coaching and productive feedback
  • Saturday and Sunday work
  • A valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales operations within the region
  • Fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional customer service
  • Recruiting, training, managing, and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals
  • Ongoing development and training of their team
  • Conducting monthly manager trainings and goal-setting sessions
  • Participating in weekly mortgage pipeline calls for all communities
  • Creating weekly sales reports for leadership
