About The Position

Toshiba America Business Solutions, a leader in office technology and document solutions, is seeking a Vice President of Sales to provide executive multi-site leadership across the Texas market. The VP of Sales will drive consistent sales execution, revenue growth, and cross-functional alignment across multiple branch locations. Toshiba delivers office equipment and software solutions that help clients reduce costs, improve document security, and streamline workflows, including: Digital copiers/printers and managed print services (MPS), Thermal barcode printers, Print management, document capture/management, document security, workflow automation, and digital signage solutions, Brand-agnostic technology consulting and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of B2B outside sales experience; proven success managing sales managers and sales teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, goal-driven mindset with demonstrated quota achievement.
  • Strong cross-functional/matrix management and business operations understanding.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans, allocate resources, and adapt strategy to meet objectives.
  • Excellent client-facing skills; experience selling to executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and business acumen.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce or comparable CRM.
  • Able to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and travel as required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee sales performance across multiple Texas branch locations.
  • Set and execute the strategic direction for the Texas marketplace.
  • Drive consistency in sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and KPIs.
  • Identify and implement programs to grow market share and improve regional sales results.
  • Convert marketing leads and drive proactive prospecting to generate net-new business.
  • Collaborate with Service and Administrative leaders to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure teams have necessary tools, training, and resources.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, lead presentations, negotiations, and strategic account initiatives.
  • Create territory and prospecting strategies for each market.
  • Analyze sales reports and forecasts; diagnose issues and drive executive-level solutions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
