Requirements

  • Top producing sales management record.
  • 5+ years of experience training, managing and motivating a team of personnel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and grow sales teams through coaching and productive feedback.
  • Saturday and Sunday work.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales operations within the region.
  • Fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional customer service.
  • Recruiting, training, managing, and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
  • Ongoing development and training of their team.
  • Conducting monthly manager trainings and goal-setting sessions.
  • Participating in weekly mortgage pipeline calls for all communities.
  • Creating weekly sales reports for leadership.
