As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you are responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of all occupancy and revenue growth initiatives across Larksfield Place. This role requires a leader who can translate strategy into execution while maintaining a strong presence in sales performance and team leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered
  • Minimum of five (5) years of sales or marketing experience within senior living, retirement communities, or long-term care
  • At least three (3) years of leadership experience in a Sales Director or senior marketing role
  • Proven track record of achieving occupancy goals and driving measurable growth
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Valid Kansas driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive occupancy growth in Independent Living while supporting census development in Assisted Living and the Health Care Center
  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that position the full CCRC continuum as a market differentiator
  • Oversee and mentor the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and exceptional customer experience
  • Personally engage in high-level sales activity, including tours, relationship development, and closing opportunities
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline through CRM systems, ensuring accurate reporting, follow-up, and conversion tracking
  • Design and implement data-driven marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, events, and targeted outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers and community partners
  • Lead segmentation strategies for IL, AL, and HCC to align messaging and approach with each audience
  • Collaborate with operations and clinical leadership to ensure seamless transitions across the continuum of care
  • Oversee marketing events, brand positioning, and promotional efforts to drive qualified leads
  • Serve as a key ambassador of Larksfield Place, effectively communicating the lifestyle, financial, and care advantages of the community
  • Support strategic growth initiatives, including new services, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
