Vice President of Marketing

Mosaic Service PartnersWashington, DC
Hybrid

About The Position

Mosaic Service Partners is Alpine Investors' newest platform in the Home Services market, a PE-backed aggregator strategy with over $4.5B in committed capital and a clear mandate to scale to $1B+ in revenue within five years. Since launching in June 2025, Mosaic has completed 5 acquisitions across 4 states, building a growing ecosystem of over 250 employees. Mosaic's HQ team provides foundational support in talent, HR, finance, sales, marketing, and operations, empowering local leaders to run their businesses. This is year one of something big, and every role is mission-critical. This is a newly created, senior leadership role. As the VP of Marketing, you will own Mosaic’s full marketing function — the strategy, team, channels, and brand infrastructure that powers a fast-scaling, multi-brand home services platform. You’ll report directly to the SVP, Growth and serve as Mosaic’s senior marketing voice, both internally and externally. This is not a coordinator or channel-specific role. It’s a seat for someone who can think across brand, demand gen, content, digital, and communications — and who is energized by building something from scratch. You’ll have real autonomy, real ownership, and a direct line of sight to how the company grows.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading a marketing function or team
  • Track record of building and executing brand strategy, demand generation, and content programs
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Performance marketing fluency — you understand channels, attribution, and what good lead gen looks like. You understand that leading KPIs (leads, clicks, etc) are banal and that the true measure of marketing success is marketing driven pipeline and marketing driven revenue.
  • Strong cross-functional communicator who can align Sales, Ops, Finance, and brand partners around marketing priorities
  • Highly autonomous — comfortable setting your own priorities in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment
  • Builder mentality — more energized by creating than maintaining, and always thinking about the next stage of growth
  • Calm under pressure; stays steady and clear-headed during rapid growth, M&A transitions, and competing demands
  • Code switching – high learning curve and ability to code switch between different businesses and problem sets
  • Storytelling instincts — you know how to build a voice that resonates and stays consistent at scale
