This role will serve as a senior leader of revenue operations capabilities within the TruOps Global Operations team and is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and plan for building and deploying modern, enterprise-grade revenue management capabilities (pricing - CPQ, contracting- CLM, credentialing, order, delivery, billing, and provisioning & enablement) across the global B2B Salesforce ecosystem. This leader will architect a cross-functional transformation across sales, pricing, legal, operations, delivery, billing and technology as well as with software application partners and third-party system integrators to deliver cohesive, scalable, globally consistent, integrated revenue operations processes and ecosystem. The Revenue Operations Governance Leader will have the opportunity to lead the digital transformation of CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), Order Management, Delivery and Billing capabilities across a user base of more than 4000 users across over 30 countries and enabling revenue of approximately $5 billion globally. This role will establish and oversee the enterprise revenue operations governance structure, ensuring disciplined execution, measurable outcomes and compliance with global standards. The revenue operations solution must align with downstream billing and ERP transformations to eliminate revenue leakage, reduce accounts receivable and enrich financial reporting and forecasting. Given the scope of the role, the leader will present progress, risks and results at the C-Suite, CEO and, as needed, the Board of Directors levels.
