About The Position

The Vice President of Revenue leads the revenue management strategy for Beemok Hospitality Collection, overseeing pricing, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and distribution across the portfolio. This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded strategist who understands that in luxury hospitality, revenue performance and guest experience are not competing priorities but deeply connected outcomes. Reporting to the EVP of Sales and Marketing, the VP of Revenue serves as the enterprise authority on revenue strategy, partnering closely with property leadership, sales, marketing, and finance to drive performance across all business lines. This leader brings analytical rigor and market intelligence to every decision, while cultivating a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration within the revenue function. The ideal candidate has built their career in luxury or upper-upscale hospitality, possesses a command of modern revenue management systems and methodologies, and brings the executive presence to influence at the highest levels of the organization. They are as comfortable presenting to ownership as they are in the details of channel strategy and rate architecture.
